FSEM: Compensation

  • Faculty are eligible for several types of compensation for their work in the FSEM program. See the “FSEM Payments” and “New Faculty Payment” drop-downs (below) for more information. If there are any changes or updates to those payments, faculty will be informed via email.

    • Fall FSEM Mentoring pay: $1000 (Oct, Nov, Dec paychecks- $333.33 per paycheck) 

    • Orientation Week pay: $500 (2 classes & Destinations Day) 

    • Trainings attendance before Fall Quarter: $150 x 2= $300 (if you attend both, Aug 28 & 29)

    • Completion of the Faculty Reflection Survey Post Fall Quarter: $150

    • Professional Development & Training Opportunities: $150 per event attendance (3 opportunities overall per academic year) 

    • Advising/Mentoring Payments in Winter & Spring: Faculty who elect to advise their students for registration will receive $500/quarter and all other faculty - who are working with the Office of Academic Advising - can request payment for their work with students.

  • New Faculty FSEM Pay

    New Faculty Course Development: $1500 (In October 1 paycheck)
